JET Air Filter AFS500

The filtration unit AFS-500 is designed to purify air inside the production premises from dust and other suspended solids, and in combination with an optional charcoal filter allows the removal of some chemical contaminants. The use of such equipment is justified when conventional ventilation is impossible due to winter cold, lack of suitable ventilation capacity or environmental restrictions, because dust and odors can interfere with neighbors. The characteristics of the AFS-500 are optimal for work in workshops and small workshops with an area of ​​about 30-50 sq. M with an internal volume of up to 120 m3. The parameters of the built-in filters are suitable for removing a wide variety of industrial pollution, starting from fine dispersions like welding aerosols and suspensions of LMC, to relatively large ones, for example sawdust or grinding dust. There are two stages of purification: inside the "thin" 1-micron filter, outside the "rough" electrostatic at 5 microns or coal, trapping not only large particles, but molecules of chemical pollutants. Depending on the need, one of three modes of intensity of operation is available with the buttons on the control panel.
